Eagles Beat Stallions In A Thriller 18-13

The NFC Eagles (4-0) got a 50 yard touchdown pass from quarterback Trey Fisher to running back Von Hayes (21) to finally put the Eagles up for good as they remain unbeaten in their come-from-behind victory over 3A Providence.

Hayes would score earlier in the 4th quarter to put the Eagles up 12-7 but on the ensuing kickoff, the short kick was returned by the Stallions for a touchdown.  The PAT was no good and the Eagles found themseles down again 13-12.

The Eagle defense would then go on to hold the Providence offense as the Stallions turned the ball over on downs.  Hayes would later haul in the 50 yard touchdown to put the Eagles up 18-13.  The magic continued for NFC as they returned the favor of Providence by recovering their own onside kick.  The NFC offense would then run out the clock to seal their fourth win of the season.
